Hole No. 15 – Pro’s Playing Tip *
The Glamorganshire Golf Club - Hole #15
Because of the shape and slope of this hole, the ball always seems to want to drift over to the right hand side of the fairway and into the trees. It is best to tee your ball up on the right hand side of the tee making it easier to hit up the left hand side of the fairway.
Your second and subsequent shots are going to be slightly up hill, and there is much ground to cover in front of the green, so take
at least one club more to allow for the fact that you will hit the ball much higher. The green is double tiered so, if you can, it is better to run the ball in.
* For the
average golfer, playing from the
yellow tee box
