Hole No. 17 – Pro’s Playing Tip *

The Glamorganshire Golf Club - Hole #17
The Glamorganshire Golf Club - Hole #17
The slope of the fairway lends itself to a left to right shaped tee shot but once again, straight is best. You will most likely have a downhill lie for your second shot, so remember that the ball flies lower from a downhill lie and you should take one less club.

Tricky green with a large step in the middle, so allow plenty for borrow when coming from the sides. Beware of the downhill and uphill ball speeds when putting.

* For the average golfer, playing from the yellow tee box
